A:The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries, the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher, wewill use pefilm for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

A:Please allow 12-24 hours for your order(s) to be processed and shipped. Equipment orders may take up to 2 weeks to leave our warehouse (orders are processed during normal weekdays only, not holidays or weekends).

Q:Lost or stolen packages?
